In January 2024, the Training Center with the sales team of the Almaty branch launched a workshop on the training of the Company’s merchandisers. In two weeks, 100 merchandisers participated in the workshop. The purpose of the workshop was to teach merchandisers the basic principles of sales and merchandising in working in retail outlets. Two supervisors from the Almaty branch, Tatyana Sokolova and Zhasulan Apsemet, as well as deputy director Galina Cherepanova, were invited to participate in the workshop.

“It was unexpected to receive an invitation from the training center to participate in a workshop for merchandisers to share their work experience. It was an invaluable experience, we participated in the creation of the process, received a lot of information from the merchandisers, the guys were very open and happy. It was very exciting to talk about my experience in the early days. The workshop gave us the opportunity to open up to us and the opportunity for the guys to share their thoughts, talk about their problems and hear advice from their colleagues on how to solve them.”
