A meeting of Internal Trainers was held in September 2023, which was organized by the staff of the training center: Li Rosa, Antsiferova Olesya, Zaykovskaya Ksenia, Vishnyakova–Bizyaeva Elizaveta. The coaches arrived from different cities of Kazakhstan: Astana, Atyrau, Uralsk, Semey, Petropavlovsk, Pavlodar, Shymkent, Karaganda, Taraz, Aktobe, Ust–Kamenogorsk.

On the first day of the meeting, Polina Bulava a voice coach and TV presenter of Channel 31 conducted training workshop on the topic of “Public speaking and the power of the voice”. The main objective of this training was to teach trainers to work with breathing during performances, as well as articulation and correct pronunciation of words. As a result of the training, all participants received certificates.

The second day of the meeting began with a traditional visit to the head office, where the coaches were able to communicate and get acquainted with the staff of the head office. There was also a round table meeting with Roman Anatolyevich and Arseniy Yurievich, where the future prospects of the coaches were discussed. After visiting the head office, the coaches were invited to the team building in the sanatorium Ak Kayyn (Birch Grove), where they took part in intellectual competitions, various team competitions in the fresh air, which helped them to unite and become friendlier.

On the third day of the meeting, the director of the HR Department Elena Obodinskaya conducted a training “Team efficiency”. At the training, she held a fassilitation session, where the trainers discussed the knowledge they had gained, how they could apply it for the benefit of business and the development of the Trading Team.

The event helped to expand the knowledge and skills of internal trainers, helped to unite to achieve common goals for the development of Trading teams throughout Kazakhstan.
