On September 13, a citywide job fair was held on Arbat, organized by the Employment Center of Almaty.

More than 100 companies took part in the job fair, including very large ones, such as Air Astana, Sulpak, Technodom.
The purpose of our participation was to increase the awareness of Prima Distribution LLP among students and youth. Recruitment and adaptation specialists Zarina and Bayan gave an interview to the famous channel “Informburo.kz ” about the average salary that companies can offer for students and graduates without experience. As a result of the fair, brochures describing our vacancies were distributed to more than 260 applicants.

ANCOR PRO-Business Discussion Club invited professionals in the field of recruitment to take part in an event on the internship market, where experts shared their experience and discussed the latest trends and difficulties that organizations face when attracting interns. As a result of this event, the HR team decided to develop a program for interns that will allow us to “acquire” the best interns and expand the talent pool.

In the near future, it is planned to launch this project cooperatively with the Employment Center under the Youth Practice program, and work closely with universities.
